Cancellation Policy

Any individual purchased in our online store, can be fully canceled up to 24 hours after making the payment on our website.

After 24 hours, you can only return your order once you have received it within 30 business days (more information in our Return & Refund Policy ). Once we receive your purchase back, we’ll contact you via email to proceed with the refund.

Steps to cancel your order (up to 24 hours after purchase)

– Please find your order number in the confirmation email you received (the order number starts with #EUICXXXX).
– Send us an email to contact@iconevenails.com with the SUBJECT: Cancel Order:#EUICXXXX (Write your order number here).

We’ll contact you within 24 hours and proceed to refund your order.

Keep in mind that if we receive your request for cancellation after these 24 hours of courtesy, your order could be on its way and therefore your request can’t be accepted. In this case, you will have to wait to receive the order and then proceed with a return.
