Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Even if the product has already been used, you can return it if you are not satisfied, but it must be returned with all the items of the order and in the original packaging in which you received them.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@iconevenails.com, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package(depending on where you are located, we will give you the address of our nearest warehouse to return the package). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
PS: Any return shipping charges are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect/damaged item, please contact us at your earliest convenience by clicking HERE. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.

Damages and issues
Although we certainly hope there isn’t any damage that has been incurred during the processing and shipping of your iconeve products, we happily assist you if there is. If you notice any issues with your order upon its arrival, please fill out our contact form HERE and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/defective items and a brief description of the issue so that we can further assist you! Each inquiry will be handled on a case by case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Exchanges
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. Please follow the return process and then place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-15 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
