We are based in UK but we have warehouses in the US, France, UK and Asia.

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after order is placed.

Shipping time will vary depending on the destination country:

UK: 5 - 8 business days

Europe : 14 - 21 business days

Rest of the World: 15 - 25 business days

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You can track your order here.

Sometimes it takes up to 72 hours for tracking info to show up in the tracking system or our own tracking system.

You do not need to create an account before placing your order. Your account will be created automatically when you place your first order.

All of our transactions are based in Euro(€). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX...), PayPal, iDEAL and Klarna (you can find Klarna's terms and conditions HERE). We do not accept personal checks, direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.

If you have a coupon code, you can use it in the last checkout stage, after entering all your shipping details.

You can return your purchase up to 30 days after receiving your goods.

To do so, please contact us via our contact form, providing your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send you further instructions within 1 business day.

Please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
